TERMS OF GUARANTEE “PROVIDED BY AQUASOOTHE LIMITED (“THE COMPANY”) TO ITS CUSTOMERS”.
- We will make good, defects in the product which are found to be production defects or defects in materials free of charge on the following terms ( no 2-7 ) if they are reported to the Company within the guarantee period.
- Damage not covered by this guarantee includes but is not limited to damage caused due to overloading, using the product other than the purpose for which it is designed, customer misuse, customer non-compliance with operating instructions, and damage arising as a result of the normal wear and tear, e.g. scratches, rips and tears.
- Defective parts shall, either be repaired or replaced under the guarantee free of charge. The Company reserves the right under the guarantee to carry out any repairs if needed. Parts, which have been replaced, by other parts, shall become the property of the Company.
- Under the guarantee, repairs may only be carried out on the product either by the Company or by a third party authorised by the Company to do so.
- We will provide the guarantee service without charging ancillary cost (freight and packaging cost) mainland UK and N Ireland for defects reported within the guarantee period, as long as the original box and packaging are retained throughout the guarantee period. If the original box and packaging are not retained the Company reserves the right to charge for a new box, packaging and the carriage cost to send it to you (Not more than£15.00).
- The Company will only except goods packaged in an official box relating to the main body of the product, in full or part. Ancillary small parts can be packaged and wrapped securely in any box, which is sensible and strong enough to withstand transit without damage. The Company will only accept the problems reported prior to collection of the packaged goods. It is your responsibility or the responsibility of your representative to ensure the goods are sufficiently packaged.
- The Company has many years experience and will endeavour in all circumstances to repair all goods within our average turn around time, which are 2-4 working days from the collection of the goods from you. The Company cannot however guarantee to do so and will return the goods as soon as possible.
- If any of the work is carried out under the guarantee, which is free of charge, this shall not mean that the guarantee period is then extended nor that a new guarantee period is given. The guarantee period for any replacement parts, which are installed or changed under the manufacturers original guarantee, shall come to an end at the same time as the guarantee for the original complete product.
NOTHING HEREIN IS DESIGNED TO, NOR WILL IT AFFECT, A CUSTOMERS STATUTORY RIGHTS.
