Q. What happens if something goes wrong with a product?
A. In case of a product failure just call our dedicated customer services care line on 0870-4436042 and then leave the rest up to us.
Q. Will I be waiting a long time for service and repairs?
A. No we aim to complete product repairs to your satisfaction within 3 working days.
Q. Will I get technical advice when I ring customer services?
A. The answer is yes on the phone straight away or one of our customer services representatives will get back to you the same day.
Q. Do you have people in my area that can repair my product?
A. All repairs are done at our repair centre at our head office by qualified engineers.
Q. If my guarantee expires and I don’t join the extended warranty scheme can I still have my product repaired?
A. Yes just call our customer care line in the usual way and we will be happy to organise a quotation for the repair prior to carrying to carrying out any necessary work.
Q. What happens if my guarantee has run out and I only want to buy a spare part?
A. It’s not a problem, all spare parts are available and can be purchased over the phone. If you order before 11.30 the parts can be despatched the same day.
