Our dedicated customer services team is available to deal with customer queries or problems between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Our team is there to organise any necessary repairs carried out under guarantees. Repairs made during this period are entirely free of charge. Products that are no longer under guarantee and not covered by our extended warranty scheme, will be repaired by our service team as required. In these circumstances, customers will receive a quotation for a repair in advance of any work being carried out. Our range of spare parts can be dispatched the same day if ordered before 11:30 subject to stock availability.

Our confidence in the quality of our products is such that, for continued peace of mind we also offer our customers extended warranty schemes to make up where the original product guarantee runs out.
