TERMS OF THE GUARANTEE AND LIFETIME GUARANTEE “PROVIDED BY AQUASOOTHE LIMITED (“THE COMPANY”) TO IT’S CUSTOMER.

- The term lifetime guarantee means for life of the person who needs the aid of the product and the person that is listed and making the declaration upon the exemption for. Not a person on behalf of, or spouse.
The Product is fully guaranteed as standard for 3 years
For the user (as above) The person that is listed and making the declaration) the guarantee is for their lifetime if in excess of the standard 3 years. * subject to the following terms (no 2-6)
Damage not covered by the standard guarantee or the lifetime guarantee. Includes but is not limited to damage caused due to overloading, using the product other than the purpose for which it was designed, customer misuse, customers non–compliance with operating instructions, and damage arising as a result or normal wear and tear, e.g scratches, rips and tears.
- Detectives parts shall, either be repaired or replaced under the guarantee or *lifetime guarantee, free of charge. The company reserves the right under the guarantee to carry out the repairs if needed. Parts, which have been replaced, by other parts, shall become the property of the Company.
- Under the guarantee, repairs may only be carried out on the product either by the Company or by a party authorised by the Company to do so.
- We will provide the guarantee service without charging ancillary cost (freight and packaging cost) mainland UK and N Ireland, for defects reported within the guarantee period, or the *life of the purchaser, whichever is the longest, as long as the original box and packaging are retained throughout the guarantee or lifetime period, If the original box and packaging are not retained the Company reserves the right to charge for a new box, packaging and the carriage cost to send it to you (Not more than £15.00)
- The Company will only accept goods packaged in an official box relating to the main body of the product, in full or part. Ancillary small parts can be packaged and wrapped securely in any box, which is sensible and strong enough to withstand transit without damage .The Company will only accept the problems reported prior to collection of the packaged goods, It is your responsibility or the responsibility of your representative to ensure the goods are sufficiently packed.
- If any work is carried out under the 3 year guarantee period, which is free of charge and the original purchaser has died before the standard guarantee period ends, this shall not mean that the guarantee period is then extended nor that a new guarantee period is given. The guarantee period for any replacement parts, which are installed or changed under the manufactures original guarantee, shall come to an end at the same time as the guarantee for the original complete product.
* Parts not covered under the lifetime guarantee are listed. Battery pack, remote control facility, re-charger, grab handle and mattress are not covered past the standard 3 year Guarantee; all other parts are covered for the lifetime of the user. Subject to term 1 above.
NOTHING HEREIN IS DESIGNED TO, NOR WILL IT AFFECT, A CUSTOMERS STATUTORY RIGHTS .
